Ingredients:

  • 4 frozen bananas
  • 2 ripe bananas (not frozen)
  • 1 cup frozen dark cherries for blender mix, and 1⁄2 cup cherries for added flavour
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp almond essence
  • 1-2 tablespoons of almond milk
  • 1/3 cup mixture of dark, milk, and white chocolate or carob chips

Directions

  1. Cleanblend bananas, cherries, vanilla, and almond extract until smooth
  2. Add small amount of almond milk to increase smoothness. (Scrape sides while blending.)
  3. Pour into mixing bowl and fold in extra 1⁄2 cup cherries and chocolate chips.
  4. Put into a sealable container and put into fridge. (For longer term storage put into freezer but remove and thaw until servable)
  5. Serve and enjoy!
