Personal Use Warranty
Cleanblend offers a 5-Year Limited Warranty for products purchased and used for personal, household use. This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use and maintenance. If your Cleanblend blender experiences a manufacturing defect within five years of purchase, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.
The warranty begins on the date of purchase and is non-transferable.
Proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim.
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only. It does not cover:
Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage caused by improper use.
Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, or commercial use.
Use of unauthorized accessories, modifications, or improper repairs.
If a replacement is issued, the replacement unit will carry the remaining warranty period of the original purchase.
Business & Commercial Use Warranty
For businesses, commercial kitchens, and high-volume usage, Cleanblend offers a 1-Year Limited Warranty on all products used in a professional or commercial setting. Due to the high-demand nature of business use, coverage is limited to manufacturer defects only.
The warranty begins on the date of purchase and is non-transferable.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover:
Wear and tear from normal commercial use.
Damage resulting from misuse, improper maintenance, or excessive use beyond the product’s intended capacity.
Use in environments that exceed recommended product specifications.
Replacement units issued under warranty will carry the remaining warranty period of the original purchase.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a claim, please contact our customer support team at support@cleanblend.com with the following information:
Your name and contact details
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
A description of the issue
Photos or videos of the defect (if applicable)
Our team will assess your claim and provide next steps, including troubleshooting, repair options, or replacement if applicable.
Limitations & Disclaimer
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product at Cleanblend’s discretion. Cleanblend is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by jurisdiction.
