DO NOT put the blender or the container in the DISHWASHER. The easiest way to clean the blender is to add a small amount of water and add a small amount of dish soap to the container and then blend at slow speed. Please rinse thoroughly before use.
As we state in our manual, there is no need to register your blender for the warranty, though we find people feel more comfortable doing so. You can register the blender using the “Register” page. We have made this quick and easy for your convenience. Please see the terms of the warranty below and on the ‘Warranty’ section on our website.
The warranty covers the original purchaser only from Cleanblend.com and Amazon.com or registered affiliates and their websites. It does not cover new or used equipment bought from a third party. This will be verified during any warranty claims.
Our main courier is UPS and we offer Ground shipping, and packages usually ship within 2-4 days to most of the continental United States and Canada but in some cases items may not ship within 14 days. We ship USPS when we ship to P.O. boxes in the US.
Once an order has been placed it can not be changed. You can cancel your order up to 2 hours of being placed by e-mail only to email@example.com. 2 hours after the order has been placed it cannot be canceled and it will process in full.
At the Cleanblend factory we put our blenders though a thorough testing process, however sometimes with heavy use, motors need further curing. This curing creates a burning smell which quickly goes away after a couple more uses.
The Cleanblend blender is designed to turn off before overheating. There is a reset button on the back or bottom of the blender. Unplug the blender, plug it back and press the reset button. If the problem persists please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
