Smoothie Ingredients:

  • 1⁄2 cup plant milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1­2 frozen bananas
  • 2 tablespoons real lemon juice
  • Up to 1⁄2 tablespoon fresh lemon zest


  • Layer an overnight chia pudding with a creamy lemon smoothie in a clear glass for an attractive delicious, nutrient packed parfait.
