Both Paleo and vegetarian, with this yummy treat you won’t miss refined sugar desserts. Avocados are packed with heart-healthy monounsaturated fatty acids. They contain more potassium than bananas, are loaded with fiber, and can lower your cholesterol and triglyceride levels. Flavonoid-rich cocoa aids in lowering blood pressure and improving the elasticity of blood vessels and creates higher antioxidant activity than against black tea, green tea and red wine.

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1⁄4 cup dark cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 1⁄2 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • Pinch of salt

  1. Cut open the avocado and scoop out the pit. Cut it into large chunks and put in the blender.
  2. Add the honey, cocoa powder, coconut or almond milk
  3. Cleanblend
  4. Pulse to get the mixture as smooth as possible, scrape the sides and continue to blend, if mixture is too thick add drops of coconut or almond milk to create a smooth pudding texture.
  5. Refrigerate the pudding and serve cold. Garnish and serve! We used crushed pistachios and pomegranate seeds for brilliant colour and taste.
  6. Enjoy!
