MANGO CARROT SMOOTHIE RECIPE

This bright and cheerful smoothie is chock full of carrots and mango meaning this smoothie is packed with antioxidants and vitamins including: beta carotene, pantothenic acid, potassium, iron, copper, manganese, potassium and vitamins A, C, K, B6 and B8.

The banana, mango and orange juice makes this higher in natural sugars than our first smoothie, but with ample nutrition to justify the sweetness. The carrots also balance out the flavours. We chose heirloom carrots for their character, color varietals and photogenic nature!

Mangos are a tropical superfood with elements known to fight cancer, alkalize the body, aid in weight loss, regulate diabetes, help digestion, and keep skin clear.

The Cleanblend blender is powerful enough to liquify the carrots and retain the fibre that would be lost in juicing. A chia seed garnish adds a hit of protein and the mint gives a counterpoint of freshness to this sweet mixture.
