This is a very simple green smoothie recipe by Cleanblend that works great as a healthy breakfast. This will really fill you up. Its all about the fresh ingredients, pouring consistency and taste!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 banana
  • 3 handfuls of spinach
  • almond or soy milk
  • 5 ice cubes
  • (optional) Organic Peanut butter, 1 spoonful

INSTRUCTIONS

Add Soy Milk or Almond Milk to the top of the blade.  Add One whole banana, peeled.  Add spinach, pack lightly till about the 3/4 mark on the blender container. Add 3-4 large ice cubes to the top of the spinach.
